A strong and supportive team is the foundation for the success of every institution. Good interpersonal communication and mutual respect are essential for the joint implementation of the company's strategy.

Each employee has different skills and knowledge, which is why it is so important to be able to fully use the potential of each of them, respecting their individuality and supporting each other at the same time. The authorities of the Language Centre understand these assumptions perfectly, which is why on 6 April 2019 the administrative staff were trained in team differences and the use of their potential in communication and building good relations.
